Having a successful life requires us to step out of our comfort zones.

I know that’s easier said than done. For 4 years, I ran a successful 7 figure business with my husband. I resented about 70% of what I did. The lines get blurred when you own a business, between business and personal. I was always ON. Being a mom and wife on top of it had me emotionally and mentally drained. I knew something had to give.

When you finally make all of the money you believe you need and you’re still not happy, you start to think “something must be wrong with me.” Eventually, I had to take a step away from that business and be confident enough to do my own thing. It literally took years for me to start fulfilling my own ambitions because I just wasn’t confident enough to do it.

As a woman, we have a desire to please other people, often to our own detriment. If you’re a mom, make it a double.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row foundry_padding=”pt0 pb0″][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]

Our greatest obstacle to having the the life that we desire is the fact that we are the ones getting in our own way.

We’re running on programs that limit our thinking and our self-belief. Breaking these programs are the key to making life beautiful.

I had to start seeing the value in self-love and how it was diretly tied to self worth. I had to start managing my thoughts and emotions. I learned that this was called MINDFULNESS and EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE.

It was so amazingly powerful, I wrote a book about it.

Now I spend my time writing content, working on my podcast, and speaking to people about the power of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE & SELF-PUBLISHING.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1765″ img_size=”500×600″ css_animation=”fadeIn”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row foundry_padding=”pt0 pb0″][vc_column][vc_column_text]
